IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your fixed-term tenancy began on or after 11 February 2021 and is set to end on or before 30 April 2025, you must provide the required notice based on the regulations in place before the 2024 changes.
If you are requesting to end a tenancy due to family violence please contact us directly, immediately.
For a periodic tenancy you must give at least 21 days notice.
For a fixed term tenancy you must give notice between 90 and 21 days prior to the term ending.
