Information and resources for prospective and current renters.
You can apply for a rental by completing an online application through our website after viewing the property. Be sure to have your ID, references, and proof of income ready to submit with your application.
We require a valid photo ID, proof of income (such as recent payslips or bank statements), and references from previous landlords or employers to support your application.
The application process typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on how quickly we receive references and verify your information. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
The bond is usually four weeks’ rent and is required before moving in. It will be lodged with the appropriate government authority and is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to property condition and any outstanding payments.
Yes, rent is usually paid one or two weeks in advance, depending on the terms of the tenancy agreement. This will be outlined in your lease.
Pet policies vary by property. Some rentals may allow pets with prior approval, while others may not. Please check with us before applying if you have pets.
We carry out routine property inspections every 3-6 months to ensure the property is being well-maintained. We will give you plenty of notice before any inspection takes place.
For any maintenance issues, you can log a request through our online maintenance form. Our team will respond promptly to assess and resolve the issue.
