If we, or a tradesperson, will require access to the property to address the request we will contact you at least 48 hours beforehand, as required.
If this is an urgent request please check the applicable box to waive the 48 hour notice period and we will attend to your issue as soon as possible.
Urgent repairs refer to essential property services that are no longer functioning correctly.
This includes things such as problems with water, sewerage, electricity, heating, cooking appliances, or hot water systems.
It also includes any damage to the property that compromises safety or security and poses a risk of injury.
