• Room 2: Queen with communal bathroom – $225 wk single (+$45 for couples)
• Room 3: Double with en-suite (private shower) and communal toilet – $260 wk  single (+$45 for couples)
• Room 4: Single with communal bathroom – $225 wk
• Room 5: Single with communal bathroom – $225 wk

Rental Terms:

• A bond of 2 weeks’ rent is required, plus 2 weeks’ rent in advance.
